大地震などの緊急時に、大学から休講等の緊急連絡を行う場合は、「一斉メール」および「緊急用お知らせサイト」等で通知します。
（いずれも同じ内容です。）
4月28日（月）12:30までに、下記の2点を行ってください。
①こちらの「緊急用お知らせサイト」をPCやスマートフォン等の「ブックマーク」へ登録してください。
②大地震などの際に、大学から依頼する「災害時安否確認フォーム」へアクセスし、実際に回答・送信できることを確認してください。
（今回は訓練のため、回答内容までは確認しません）
＜災害時安否確認フォーム＞
このフォームは、災害発生時の大学への連絡手段として利用します。大地震が発生した際には、大学へ自身の安否を連絡してください。
下記、ご確認ください。

緊急時に大学から通知する内容は、以下の方法で確認できます。

２．MyWaseda内のお知らせ
３．Wasedaメール
緊急時は以下にも情報を配信します。

In the event of a major earthquake or other emergency, the University will notify students of class cancellations
and other emergencies through a mass email as well as by posting information on the Emergency Bulletin Website.
(The contents are the same in both cases.)
Please do the following two things by 12:30 p.m. on Monday, April 28.
1) Bookmark this Emergency Bulletin Website on your PC or Smartphone.
2) Access the "Safety Report Form" and confirm that you can actually answer and send the form.
This is a training exercise, so we will not check the contents of your responses.
Safety Report Form
When a large earthquake occurs, please report to the University your safety status and any damage incurred.

In the event of an emergency, Waseda will make emergency announcements through the following platforms:
1) Emergency Bulletin Website
2) "Announcements" on MyWaseda
3) Waseda email system
