※基幹学系II 4年次以上で、2025年度IPS（北九州キャンパス）の研究室に在籍し、大学の本人登録住所変更の上、北九州キャンパスで研究に従事される方は、3/21（金）までに以下のお手続きを行うことで、4/1（火）以降北九州キャンパス情報生産システム研究科事務所開室時間内（月～金10：00－16：00）に窓口で新住所反映済の裏面シールの受け取りが可能です。
(1)MyWasedaから住所変更を申請する。

New backside sticker for your student ID card will be distributed on March 19, within the period designated for each school/major. Below schedule is arranged for reducing crowding, thus your cooperation to be at your designated period would be highly appreciated.

【IMPORTANT】Please refer to Student Health Check-up as well.

*For those who transferred school, departments or majors in the past, the year of admission counts as the year of transferred.
Example: Student who transferred in April 2024 → Classroom for Enrollees of 2024.

*It is not necessary to inform us of absences due to sudden illness or other reasons. In case you cannot come to the venue on March 19, please pick it up on April 3. The venue and the time frame for each school/major remain the same as March 19. (You cannot receive new backside sticker from March 20 to April 2.) If you are unable to attend both sessions, please pick up it after April 4 at “Academic and Student Affairs Section at the Center for Science and Engineering” at the 1st floor of the Bldg. 51, Nishi-Waseda Campus (ONLY receive it at counter, no postal service).

4/1に学生証を配布します。学生証の受け取りは本人に限り、郵送はいたしかねます。学部生は「受験票」、大学院生・科目等履修生・交流学生は「公的身分証明書（運転免許証、パスポート、在留カード）」を必ず持参のうえ、指定の場所・時間帯にお受け取りください。また、開始直後は混みあいますので、滞留が生じないよう分散しての来場にご協力ください。

※定期券は、学生証受け取り後、購入可能です。届出住所の変更を要する場合は、MyWasedaを経由しての届出が承認された後、裏面シールの再発行が必要です（Support Anywhere「各種申請・変更手続き」）。

Receiving your Student ID card

You can receive your student ID card at the following time and date. The schedule below is arranged to reduce crowding, so your cooperation to be at your designated period would be highly appreciated.

Upon your receipt, you need to double check if all the information (name, date of birth, registered address) is correct. If your address or telephone number etc. in Japan changes after your enrollment, update your information through MyWaseda (“menu”>“profile”). Once you have updated your information, please drop by “Academic and Student Affairs Section at the Center for Science and Engineering” and receive a new backside sticker to put on your Student ID card.

Note: Please make sure you bring your photo ID on the day.
A photo ID is preferred, but if you don’t have one, an ID without a photo is acceptable.

Please come to the “Academic and Student Affairs Section” at the Center for Science and Engineering at the 1st floor of the Bldg. 51 at your convenience time after April 2 (Office hours: 10:00~13:00, 14:00~16:00 weekdays only).
Commuter’s pass for students can be purchased after you receive the student ID card.
If you are living overseas, you can pick it up after entering Japan.
